Can you download it? Do you know where to copy it? Did you de-compress it? Did you activate the addon in-game? What version of WoW are you using? Do you play the official servers?
A bit of information is required for me to help, a simple "don't work" isn't helping.

seem like a fixed version for 5.0.4 client.
If you want to power level, this is a must have.
